Product Overview:
Ni is a kind of silver white, hard and brittle metal. It is stable at room temperature in the air. Ni is not active element. Ni reacts with HNO3 easily, but with HCl and H2SO4 slowly. Ni exits in various ores, often combines with S, As and Sb. mainly coming from the chalcopyrite, the nickel chalcopyrite and so on. Ni may be found in the wastewater from mining, smelting, alloy production, metal processing, electroplating, chemical and production of the ceramics and glass.
This analyzer can automatic continuous work for long-term in an unattended manner. And it is widely used in industrial pollution discharge wastewater, industrial process wastewater, industrial wastewater treatment plants, municipal wastewater treatment plants and so on. Depending on the complexity at the scene, for ensure reliable and accurate testing, can choose different pre-treatment system.
Product Principle:
After mixing the water sample with regulator, under the ammoniac environment and with the presence of indicator, the nickel ion reacts with indicator to form a kind of colored complex. Then, the analyzer is used to detect the change in color and convert the change into a nickel ion value for outputting. The amount of generated colored complex is equivalent to that of nickel ion.
