Product Overview:
Cu is an important metal, widely used in many fields, such as alloy, dye, pipe, line and so on. Cu salt can inhibit the growth of plankton and algae in water. The drinking water will taste bitter, when containing Cu2+ more than 1 mg/L. So, Cu2+ is one of the indicators for the implementation of total quantity control.
This analyzer can automatic continuous work for long-term in an unattended manner. And it is widely used in industrial pollution discharge wastewater, industrial process wastewater, industrial wastewater treatment plants, municipal wastewater treatment plants and so on. Depending on the complexity at the scene, for ensure reliable and accurate testing, can choose different pre-treatment system.
Product Principle:
This product uses spectrophotometric method. After mixing the water and the buffer, Cu converts to high valence ions in the presence of strong oxidizer. Then, the high ions and the indicator react to a colored complex, in the presence of the buffer solution and the indicator. The analyzer detect the change of color, convert and output the Cu value. The amount of the generated colored complex is equivalent to the amount of Cu.
This product is a single factor test and analysis instrument.
This method is suitable for the waste water, containing of Cu within 0~30mg/L.
